Wilford once attempted to pitch the idea of a Markiplier-themed TV channel, even hosting its game show “Disc of Riches”, but it ended up rejected by all the other characters for a myriad of reasons, including the exclusion of characters who were promised a part in it. Despite his best efforts to escape retribution, the cops eventually caught up to him, cornering him in an abandoned facility where a stand-off ended in the baby that was presumed dead shooting him.Īfter somehow surviving those events, he resumed his career as a reporter and went on to host a talk show named “Warfstache Tonight”, interviewing a variety of guests including the Phone Guy from Five Nights at Freddy’s and even Markiplier himself. Unable to control himself, he went on to shoot the wife, then their neighbor, then their dog, then, allegedly, their baby. At some point, he ended up having an affair that ended with him shooting the husband with a gun in a panic. Starting out as a senior reporter, he tried to get a breaking news story out of the Slender Man, who had fallen on hard times and started doing drugs. He is also capable of breaking the laws of space and time (or rather, narrative) as he pleases, allowing him to suddenly appear in different places without establishing how he got there, directly interact with other characters’ inner monologues, and recall events that haven’t occurred yet, among other narratively impossible things. He has a pink handlebar mustache and constantly slurs his every word, and used to have a pink afro at an earlier stage of his lifetime. The first official character created by Markiplier for his comedy sketches, Wilford Warfstache is eccentric in every meaning of the word.
